– We do not hold deposits for booking but we do require a credit / debit card to be held on file in case of a no-show
– Please reschedule/cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance or you will be subject to a no-show/cancellation fee of 100% of your service cost
– Come to your appointment without makeup on & with a freshly cleansed face and / or lashes
– We allow a 10 minute grace period for you to show up to your appointment. If it passes 10 minutes, you will be charged a no-show fee
